The Health & Wellness Committee is committed to promoting education, advocacy, and community awareness about the responsible use of cannabis and holistic wellness. We bring together healthcare professionals, wellness practitioners, patients, educators, and industry leaders to provide evidence-based information, encourage meaningful conversations, and reduce stigma.
Through educational programs, community outreach, and collaborative partnerships, we empower individuals to make informed decisions while supporting healthier communities throughout the Coachella Valley.

The Legislative Committee is dedicated to staying informed on current and emerging legislation and regulatory policies affecting the cannabis industry in the Coachella Valley and the State of California. We regularly appear before and work with multiple city councils on a variety of cannabis related issues facing our community. This committee advocates proactively on behalf of CVCAN members to protect their interests, ensure fair and equitable regulations, and promote a legal market environment where businesses can thrive. By engaging with policymakers and stakeholders, the committee works to influence legislation that supports sustainable growth, compliance, and innovation within the industry.

The Marketing & PR Committee is dedicated to promoting the organization’s mission, programs, and events while strengthening the voice of the cannabis community in the Coachella Valley. Through strategic marketing, public relations, social media, branding, and community outreach, we help increase awareness, build meaningful connections, and showcase the positive impact of the cannabis industry.
